1. Sponsor and dates
OpenAI OpCo, LLC, 1455 Third Street, San Francisco, CA 94158 ("OpenAI"), sponsors this Sweepstakes. The nomination window begins with the announcement on July 31, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on August 7, 2026. The random drawing will take place on August 11, 2026. All stated times are Pacific Time.
2. Eligibility
Open worldwide, where lawful, to nominators and system administrators who are at least 18 and the legal age of majority where they live and, where required by the promotion, are employed by ChatGPT Enterprise customers. Excludes sanctioned or export-restricted locations and places where required permits, filings, or translations are unavailable. Nominees must professionally manage, support, or secure workplace technology.
Government officials, candidates, public-sector workers, royal-family members, and people working for or on behalf of government-controlled organizations cannot win. Nominees must follow their employer's gift rules and obtain written approval when required.
OpenAI employees, contractors, promotion partners, and their immediate families or household members cannot participate.
3. How to enter
Nominate an eligible sysadmin for free on the Sysadmin Superhero campaign page. Provide the nominee's public handle or authorized contact information and a short, nonconfidential description of their work.
OpenAI may ask a nominee to confirm eligibility, participation, and any required approvals by the stated deadline. If requested confirmation is not received, OpenAI may randomly select another eligible nominee.
Each nominee gets one chance, regardless of nominations. Automated, duplicate, false, or impersonated entries are prohibited.
4. Drawing and prizes
OpenAI will use a verifiably random process to choose up to 10 eligible nominees and alternates. Odds depend on eligible entries. If fewer than 10 nominees qualify, each wins.
Each prize is one Work Louder Codex Micro keyboard with standard accessories and warranty, valued at approximately US$230 (US$2,300 total). Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. OpenAI may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
OpenAI pays standard international shipping and required customs or import charges where lawful. Prizes should ship within six weeks of verification and no later than eight weeks, unless circumstances beyond OpenAI's control cause a delay. Winners pay their own income taxes. Canadian winners must correctly answer an unaided math question where legally required.
5. Winner verification
OpenAI contacts winners only from an @openai.com email address or a verified @OpenAI account. Verify messages at support@openai.com.
Winners must respond by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on the third business day after notification, confirm eligibility and any required employer approval, and submit a delivery address through a secure OpenAI form. OpenAI will follow up before selecting an alternate.
6. Privacy and winning submissions
OpenAI uses personal information consistent with the applicable OpenAI Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time, and will at least use the data to run the sweepstakes, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, ship prizes, and meet legal or tax obligations. Shipping information is collected from potential winners. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the European Privacy Policy.
By submitting, the nominator grants OpenAI a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free right to edit, publish, and share winning submissions on social media, websites, and other online promotional and marketing channels. OpenAI will obtain any additional legally required permission to identify the nominee. Private contact and shipping information will not be published.
7. Additional terms
OpenAI may disqualify rule violations and suspend, change, or cancel the sweepstakes if fraud, technical problems, or other events prevent a fair drawing. Where possible, winners will be chosen from existing eligible entries.
Where legally permitted, OpenAI and its promotion partners are not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or losses from participation or prize use. California law and San Francisco courts apply unless a participant's local law requires otherwise.
For limited winner information, email support@openai.com within 60 days. OpenAI may share a winner's first initial and country, subject to applicable law and privacy rights.
